The electrical layout is a very personalised and custom process to ensure you have the right cables in the right places! Ultimately you determine where you would like your light switches and powerpoints etc. The best way to do this is an on-site walkthrough with your project manager and the electrician at Pre-Wire stage. The electrician is the most experienced so its good to get his advice in the process but collaboratively we end up with the best outcome.

PENDANT LIGHTS:
Its a good idea to know exactly where abouts you would like to have pendant lights, so we can ensure there is adequate fixing behind the GIB and get the cables in the right location. You don’t need to know the model or made final choices at pre-wire stage, but you do need to know if you’re having e.g. 3 seperate lights over the kitchen island Or 1 single light. Also if you’re wanting a pendant in any other area’s like dining room / entry / bedroom etc.
The standard allowance is for 3 hanging pendant lights over the kitchen island. We include a PC SUM in the contract (often $250), this allows you to find and purchase the pendant lights and drop it to site nearer the end of the job for the final electrical fitoff. We can either reimburse you the PC Sum or 99% of the time, we credit this value off any variation/extra’s summary.

We have included below our standard electrical package. Your Quote Summary pages will take precedence over this if you’ve requested upgrades at contract stage, but this gives a standard approach. Any questions, please let us know.
